My best friend and this guy were hanging out together and he brought over a water bottle of hard liquor. He had her drink all of it and then had sex with her. I told her that it was rape but she doesn’t know what to think. What do you guys/girls say? Oh, and she also thinks she’s pregnant now because she is more than a month overdue with her period and it’s been two months since they did it and her breasts and stomach are starting to hurt.

Yes that is rape. If she was drunk when this happened, it means she was not in full conscience and may have not wanted to do it.

I’m 99% sure she’s pregnant, and considering she was not in her right mind, and he did not use protection, you could view it as rape. She might also want to get tested for STDs. Also, does she feel like it was rape? Did she want to do it? But no matter what happens, if she plans to keep the baby, make sure that guy takes responsibility for it. It was his fault for not wearing a condom.

yes if she is impaired, under the influence of drugs or alcohol she may not give consent. even if he gets her on video saying yes it is still rape because she was drunk.

It’s certainly taking advantage of her, but it’s not rape…
It’s just as bad as rape though… Did he force her to drink it? Did she give consent to the sex? All of these things matter,,, How old is the guy? If she is a minor and he is overage, then she can press charges…

Well, I’m like 95% sure it doesn’t count as consent if your intoxicated, so in that case yes it was rape. If it does count under intoxication, then if she consented then no it was not rape.

Yes, thats rape. It doesnt matter whether or not she said yes at the time because she was impaired and not able to make a conscious decision. Your friend needs to tell her parents so they can call the police.
